How long does it take to process my order?

We ship within three (3) business days of your order. If your order is on back order, you will be notified via e-mail.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days, unused, in original condition and packaging, for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Please contact us before shipping the return. We are also happy to make exchanges provided we have the desired item(s) in stock. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless, of course, we are at fault. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your order. Return may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.

Pharmacology Made Insanely Easy, Manning & Rayfield Test-Taking Strategy Exam (student groups) Exit Exam (student groups) Case Studies (nurses and students) Pharmacology packet (i.e., antidotes, calculations, drug levels, IV fluids, etc.)

What happens if I can't attend at the last minute?

There is a non-refundable charge of $75 if you cancel within 72 hours of the start of the review. In cases of emergencies the balance of your tuition will be refunded in full.

What is the start and end time of the reviews?

Most courses begin at 8 am and end at 4 pm. You will be notified at registration if your course is different.

How much time do I have for lunch?

There will be frequent breaks and an hour for lunch.

I CAN Workshops are designed to SIMPlify compLEX concepts and nursing facts. Information is simplified, so the learning can focus on decision-making and judgment skills. Students will learn a structure in developing the habit of prioritization, a key component of clinical judgment.

Faculty Workshops

Interactive faculty educational programs that offer professional development in clinical teaching, evaluation, linking clinical to classroom teaching; conceptual teaching; linking NCLEX® standards, concepts, and the Clinical Judgment Model to Item Writing, Teaching, and Evaluation. The Next Generation NCLEX® will be linked to clinical, simulation, classroom, and item writing. Due to the “new normal" from COVID-19, teaching/learning strategies will be included that can be implemented immediately into the new learning environment for today. We offer customized educational offerings.
