ICANPublishing.com has a 30-Day Return Policy for every merchandise item purchased so that you can buy with confidence. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Each order has a non-refundable handling fee of $2.00

If you are not satisfied with a merchandise purchase for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days of the invoice date and we will promptly issue a refund using your original method of payment.

How do I return an item to ICanPublishing.com?

• The return must be made within 30 days of original invoice date.
• Please pack the merchandise carefully.
• Enclose your order number, or a copy of your original invoice, and indicate the reason you are returning it. This information helps us to prevent any future disappointments.
• Return the product by U.S. Mail only. You will need to pay for the return shipping cost unless the book is defective.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the product, credit will be processed against the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 14 days after our receipt for processing your credit or refund.
• No return authorizations are required.
